How long will the job take, and will power be shut off / will service be disrupted?
Quite often, we will have to turn off electrical power to whatever area we are working. This is done purely for safety. If we are working in a specific area we might be able to cut power locally, but if we are replacing a service panel we will probably have to turn the power off for the entire house or building. We try to keep power outages as short as possible, but sometimes we will have to shut off your electricity to get the project done.
